❓ FAQ
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data lives on private Firebase servers and is visible only to you (and any caregiver you explicitly invite).
Does it work on my phone? Can I install it as an app?
Yes! It runs smoothly in any mobile or desktop browser, and you can install it directly to your iPhone or Android home screen without an app store download. Tap Install App above for simple 2-step instructions. Once added, it opens full screen just like a native app.
Can a caregiver and their loved one both use it?
Yes. Caregivers get their own settings and view; the person they support gets a simplified daily view.
What does it cost?
The demo is always free. The Personal plan is $8.99/month or $79/year.
How do I get reminded when a medication refill is due?
On My Day, open Refill reminders and enter the quantity counted, stock date and prescribed daily use. The app estimates days remaining and warns before the supply reaches zero (7 days by default, adjustable per medication). Recount after a refill or dose change. The app shows a warning dialog and badge. For notifications while the app is closed, enable Refill Reminder due soon in Settings → Notifications and configure ntfy or Pushover and the refill topic. Background delivery requires the deployed reminder worker and an enabled channel; a badge alone does not mean a push was sent.

Yes. On the Level Up Board, a caregiver taps ✨ Create a list with AI and describes the list in a few words. The app writes the steps, and you can change anything before saving. It is free. If the AI is busy, try again in a minute, or use the copy and paste option with any AI chat.
How do I share health notes with a doctor?
My Day and Episode Log each have a ☰ menu with a spreadsheet export (CSV) that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Episode Log can also print a clean summary or save it as a PDF. Caregiver-only notes stay out of exports made by other family members.
Can I set up a family member before they sign in?
Yes. In the Family Plan section of Settings, a caregiver can add someone by email. The first time that person signs in, they join your shared plan automatically, view-only if you choose. You can also give trusted members ⭐ Helper access so they can do caregiver tasks like creating Level Up lists.
